The most important thing I could tell you.

Hey there, my name is Aaron with Pelican Media Haus. And if we've worked together for probably the last five to seven years, you probably heard me talk about Jesus at least a few times. And then of course, if you are new and you just saw some Bible verses and you're like, what is all this about?

Yeah, this video is to just share my faith with you. And above all, yeah, we do killer media, killer photos and all our stuff and make you look really good, but man, I would be missing the point of what God has given me through this business, which is ultimately a ministry to help point others to Jesus.

And that's exactly what this video is about. So in ultimate fashion of just being short to the point,

I would love to just tell you my story real quick. I remember when I was 16 or 17 in high school, I was a junior. And, like most, I was just a kid that wanted to party, have fun and kind of just do my own thing. Right. And I was a fan of Jesus. I grew up in the church, but I never really considered who He was and why I needed to really understand what He did for me.

And I, I could ultimately like make a choice from that. So I remember just being in the conference and just feeling the presence of God. And I felt the weight of my sin and I just remember feeling how crushing that was, how heavy that was, the sin that separated me from God and I remember crying out to God in that moment just asking Him to forgive me and make me His son and in that moment He instantly took all of that heavy burden I was literally feeling in that moment it was just a heavy moment and I just felt it just lift up and it was so surreal such a cool moment

Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.Matthew 11:28

My takeaway from then on is it's kind of like being a baby you know you get into the faith you're kind of immature with your faith I was very judgmental and I was very zealous for God and now that I can say that I've kind of like a teenager again for Christ I've what am I now close to 15 years being in this faith I can just tell you that Jesus has been something that I think about almost every day in the sense that who can I talk to today who can I point to Jesus today right and I'm not the best at it obviously And that's not the point.

It's not to be perfect. It's meant to be living for God, right?

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”John 14:6

I would love to just invite you to do one or two things. Dig and find the real truth. I know this world has a saying, well, it's my truth, my truth. Well the ultimate truth is found in the Word, and we find that the Word is Jesus and He came to bear all sins for humanity and the good news is that He doesn't force Himself upon anyone it's a choice so with that being said you have free will you're able to click off this video and ignore who Jesus is and live your life.

That's great. Or you could take into consideration who Jesus was and find out why, where, when, all these other questions that you might have about who Jesus is. And my hope for you is that you would find that He paid the ultimate price so that we could be redeemed, that we could be made right with God.

Being good is not good enough. I'll say that again. Being good is not good enough. What's required to be in heaven is perfection. And Jesus did the very thing that we couldn't do, live a perfect life and ultimately paying for the price of our sin. Not one of us could pay the price for our sin.

And He willingly, gladly took that to the cross. He paid that price for us so that we could live right with God.

For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.Ephesians 2:8–9

And here's how simple it is to receive the free gift of God. You ready? If you believe that Jesus lived, died, and resurrected, and that He took on the payment of our sins, you believe that that is what makes you right with God and there's a second part if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and you confess of your sins that is what makes you saved and that's the beauty of the gospel so if you're ready to do that there is a couple of scriptures that I would love for you to consider why, why Jesus.

because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.Romans 10:9

And ultimately I would just love to just invite you into the family of God. In fact, it's so crazy. You want to hear something? If you are to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior today, we're here right now. There is a host of all of heaven, millions of people, probably billions, who knows?

And they rejoice. They actually throw a wild party in heaven, when you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and it's just a party. So my invitation for you is you're not, not committing to something that's going to be a burden. In fact, it says in Matthew that His burden is light and that He's our friend to the end of the age.

So I hope that encourages you. I hope that you would take what Jesus has done on the cross, take that to heart question things right there's nothing wrong with questioning things but ask the Holy Spirit to reveal Himself to you whether that's in dreams and visions or right here right now I know that He is faithful in fact there's a promise and that promise is that if you seek Him with your heart fully you will find Him

You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.Jeremiah 29:13
