What is a Zillow 3D Home tour, and what does it cost?
Zillow 3D Home tours
A Zillow 3D Home tour is a virtual walkthrough that buyers open on the Zillow listing and move through room by room. With Pelican Media Haus it costs nothing extra: every package includes one, with a 2D floor plan. Packages start at $349 for a home up to 1,999 square feet.

What buyers see
The tour opens from the listing page. A buyer steps into a room, looks around, and moves on to the next one.
The floor plan sits beside it, so the buyer can see how the rooms connect before they book a showing.
Zillow 3D or Matterport?
Both are 3D walkthroughs. A Zillow 3D Home tour is made for Zillow and shows on the Zillow listing. Matterport is a separate platform with its own viewer.
How it gets made
The photographer captures the tour during the same visit as the photos, so you don’t book a second appointment. It’s delivered with the rest of the listing media.
Is a 3D tour worth it?
A tour helps buyers who cannot visit yet, like out-of-state buyers and people moving for work, learn the layout before they ask for a showing.
It costs nothing extra, so the real question is whether the house is ready to be seen room by room on shoot day. Clutter shows up in 3D.
